Wish List Wednesday

My wish for this week is that my parents 50th Anniversary Brunch this Sunday at my house is a great success!!!

Also, my wishes and prayers are with my friend Jill. I was just informed her health is not well and she needs all the help she can get. I just wish things turn around for the better for her!!!

Happy Birthday to my dear friend Patricia. Today my wish is that all of Patricia's wishes come true.

We had a wonderful lunch with the Knitsters, knitting, eating corn beef and cabbage, along with yummy cake that was homemade.

My latest wish came true!!! 6 days of sunny skies in Jamaica. I couldn't ask for anything more. Since I've been writing all my wishes down in this blog most have been coming true. I think everybody should have a dream board or write down their dreams and wishes and I do believe it works.

People who have a dark cloud over them usually don't have positive energy!!! So just try and change your way of thinking and good things will happen!!!

I feel so grateful for all that I have and my only wish for now is health for all friends and family and that my husband continues to work!!! Also that my own business becomes a huge success.

So since  my last  blog lots of my wishes have come true. My cold went away, my son didn't get the virus or lice (knock on wood), I did book a Jamaica vacation that my husband agreed to, my business partners are starting to get in the groove and I think I may have come up with a 50th anniversary gift for the parents. So now on to this weeks wishes....

I wish....

1) that I get everything done before the vacation

2) no bad weather for our flight out

3) sunny skies in Jamaica

Sorry it's been so long since I've blogged. Maybe it's the kids being home, working from home, cleaning lady every other week instead of every week .... blah blah blah.......
Lots of excuses but I think the real reason is now I am on Facebook and everytime I go on the computer there is some old friend finding me. Instead of blogging I need to find the time to respond to these old buddies of mine. I will have to divide my time now because I do miss blogging.
On to Wish List Wednesday!!!!
I wish....
1) That my cold be gone by morning!!!!
2) That my son doesn't get lice or the thow up virus which is now in his school!!!
3) I find a vacation for either Feb or Apr break and that my husband will agree to. ( hopefully with some Amex miles)
4) Come up with a 50th anniversary weekend for my parents and family that isn't too expensive ( I will take any suggestions we need it to be in the Northeast)
5) That my business partners start producing.

May all days be as good as this one.....

 It started out with tennis.  My partner and I did a great job today. What great fun. I then got some work stuff accomplished.  Then the phone rang and I got a fantastic call from my mom that her cat scan is clean. ( she had lung cancer 4 years ago and has to go the the  Doctor every six months) I then headed to knitting and had a wonderful holiday lunch with my knitsters. We also had a grab bag and I got a great gift. I got a home made cranberry orange vodka. I can't wait to make the cosmo recipe that came with it. Had a lovely dinner with my kids. I then had a wonderful talk with the hubby about my business and he finally believes in it!!! Hooray!!!
